Flat films are thin plastic films that are used as protection when shipping and storing bulky products such as furniture or machines. They can be found in various field of food, wood and automotive industry. Flat films are also used as cover films for further processing on automatic wrapping stations. A flat film from blown film extrusion is obtained by slitting the tubular film on both sides and winding the two resulting film webs separately. At your request, we can provide our flat film with additional properties, e.g. needled, UV-stabilized or antistatic. Whatever suits your purposes best. Our flat films are supplied as large rolls on pallets and are suitable for manual processing as well as for all standard semi-automatic and fully automatic packaging lines.
